Introduction to Cognitive Fencing

Introduction to Cognitive Fencing is a ten-hour master class grounded in the art and science of classical and historical swordsmanship, with focused application using the épée. This curriculum draws upon pedagogical models used for centuries to instruct and ultimately master the use of the sword. Through structured cognitive frameworks, symbolic movement, and rhythmic training, students are guided from novice understanding toward proficient classical fencing with efficiency, depth, and discipline.
