Tuition is taken by: Phone at 540-665-4602; Mail to 203 S. Cameron St, Winchester, VA 22601; In-person at SCAA Office at 203 S. Cameron Street, Winchester, VA 22601.
We accept cash, check, and credit cards. Please make sure payments include the student's full name and class. Checks can be made out to "SCAA." All credit/debit payments will be subject to a 1.5% service charge for each purchase made. If paying in cash, exact amount is required, SCAA does not have change.
Summer 2025 Tuition is due in full within ten business days of registration or the first day of class, whichever comes first.
Fall 2025-26 Registration Fee ($35) is due within ten business days of registration.
Fall Tuition can be paid in several different ways: Pay in full prior to the start of classes OR Deferred Payment Plans.
Deferred Payment Plans require a Deferred Payment Plan Form, which can be completed and returned to the office via email, mail, or in-person.
