IMPORTANT NOTES

Tuition and fees can be taken by phone, mail, or walk-in (to the Arts Academy). We accept cash, check, and credit/debit cards.
Summer 2024 tuition is due within 10 business days of registration.
Fall 2024-25 Registration: Registration Fee ($35) is due within ten business days of registration.
Fall 2024-25 Tuition & Fees: If paying tuition and fees in full, please submit full payment within three (3) weeks of registration.
Fall 2024-25 Payment Plans: Payments can be deferred to be paid in full at the end of October (option 1), billed monthly (option 2), or as a monthly automatic withdrawal (option 3). Tuition and Performance Fees can be applied to payment plans. To apply for a payment plan, please submit the following form to the SCAA Office within three (3) weeks of registration. Deferred Payment Plan Promissory Note is due within three (3) weeks of registration. A 3% one-time set-up fee is incurred by all payment plans.
Credit/Debit Card Payments: A nonrefundable service fee of 1.5% (per university) is imposed on the amount of all credit/debit transactions.
Photo/ Video Disclosure: Shenandoah Conservatory Arts Academy may use student images for promotional purposes unless otherwise notified. If you do not give permission to use yours/your student's image, please include note in "Additional Info" below.
