Alyssa Crump was recently hired to serve as the administrative assistant at Shenandoah Conservatory Arts Academy (SCAA). Crump began her career with SCAA first as a student in 2001, and eventually became dance faculty in 2011. She has taught ballet, modern/ contemporary dance, lyrical, jazz, hip-hop and tap while at SCAA. Most recently, Crump held the position of assistant director for on-campus experience in Shenandoah University’s Office of Admissions. She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance & Choreography from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Master of Arts in Arts Management from George Mason University. Crump is excited to bring her years of experience as an arts administrator and dance educator to SCAA and continue the work of bringing the arts to all.
